Returns & Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can exchange your product or request a refund of the original payment method if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please send an email with the subject "Return - Order # [your order #]" to orders@oliverblythe.com.
Please include the following information in your email:
1. Are you seeking a refund, store credit, or exchange? (If exchange is requested, please provide the product and size information for the desired alternative.)
2. Please indicate the reason for the return.
Once we receive your return request, we will send you further instructions on where to return the item(s).
Please note:
- You will only receive a refund/exchange once we receive the returned product.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- You will receive notification once your exchange/refund has been processed. For refunds, please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your card statement.
